Hello! I’m Michelle

I had been practicing yoga for five years when I was inspired to complete my 200 hour Teacher Training with Zenergy Yoga, empowered by All You Can Yoga. What I thought would be a relaxing two-week vacation from work, backpacking and attending a yoga retreat in Thailand (travelling is another passion of mine), turned out to be a life changing experience.  I signed up for the Teacher Training with Zenergy Yoga as soon as I returned home. Finishing in May of 2019, trained in Vinyasa, I was still thirsty for more knowledge.  As I am a firm believer you never stop learning, I decided to explore further by completing a 50 Hour Yin Yoga training with Happy Jack Yoga in September of 2019.. These two training’s have allowed me to explore the benefits of each very different style and incorporate both into my self practice and teaching. You can find me Friday nights at Side Door Studio in Angus, teaching a Hot Yoga Flow from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
